Todos os projetos precisam atender as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de acessibilidade da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Normas T\u00e9cnicas (ABNT) e do C\u00f3digo de Obras da cidade, que re\u00fane as normas para constru\u00e7\u00f5es e procedimentos para aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, concess\u00e3o de licen\u00e7a e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:15pt;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;vertical-align:baseline;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,sans-serif;color:black;border:1pt none windowtext;padding:0cm\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:15pt;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;vertical-align:baseline;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,sans-serif;color:black;border:1pt none windowtext;padding:0cm\">O regulamento tamb\u00e9m estabelece os servi\u00e7os necess\u00e1rios para funcionamento, como recep\u00e7\u00e3o 24 horas, limpeza, conserva\u00e7\u00e3o, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, guarda bagagens, sala de lazer com televis\u00e3o e \u00e1reas principais de circula\u00e7\u00e3o comum. A determina\u00e7\u00e3o faz a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o para cada meio de hospedagem pela quantidade de quartos dispon\u00edveis, sendo at\u00e9 20 acomoda\u00e7\u00f5es (pousadas), at\u00e9 50 quartos (hotel de pequeno porte), at\u00e9 100 (hotel de m\u00e9dio porte) e acima de 100 quartos (hot\u00e9is de grande porte). Com o projeto aprovado, s\u00e3o geradas as taxas de legaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para emiss\u00e3o do alvar\u00e1 de obras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" Responsabilidade T\u00e9cnica (RRT) ou Anota\u00e7\u00e3o de Responsabilidade T\u00e9cnica (ART).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"
